Fresh, local cuisine deserving of 1 small toque this year: a little out of the way from the center, the address is well known enough for daily success, especially at lunchtime with the surrounding offices. Attention to detail on the appetizers, a good terrine of Bigourdan beef cheek with shallots, a back of grilled pollack with mild pimientos, the filet of duck sautéed in honey, potatoes with paprika more standard before a compote of vanilla apple and new strawberries. Service sometimes a little stressed, but dedicated. Poor cellar.
