Right in the heart of Colmar, at the city’s most popular tourist intersection, the terrace of this Alsatian restaurant is a favorite spot for many. It’s obviously a go-to spot for travelers and summer visitors alike, making it a must-visit destination. The menu, of course, features all the classics of Alsatian cuisine: spätzle caquelon, Munster cheese fondue with white wine and bacon, chicken pot pie with apples, honey-thyme sauce, sauerkraut, baeckeofe cooked in a red-hot cast-iron pot, and the classic Black Forest cake.
