In a simple, contemporary setting in the ancient city of Montferrand, just behind the Roger Quillot art museum, this traditional restaurant deserves a mention. A few prestigious ingredients are blended into a well-crafted whole: very pleasant lobster tartlet (cooked a little too hard), Arctic char on a cereal mix, good chocolate dessert. A varied wine list with a small selection by the glass.
