A charming little spot on Place du Forum, where you can enjoy Frédéric Dupont’s meticulous craftsmanship. It’s a restaurant that stays true to classic traditions in both style and substance, beautifully showcasing the Champagne region’s local ingredients and contemporary recipes. The menu changes with the seasons, featuring dishes such as burrata from Puglia, vegetable tagliatelle with pistou and Parmesan crumble, a grilled sea bream fillet, piquillo pepper emulsion, a seven-hour braised lamb shank with curry ice cream, or even the signature dish of veal sweetbreads with summer truffle sauce. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
