Table of the eponymous hotel, this Provencal address not far from Gordes offers a refreshingly traditional stopover, where local stone mingles with old-fashioned recipes and Vichy tablecloths. Nevertheless, the spirit remains rather contemporary, and for a calibrated price, you can enjoy fillet of red mullet with tapenade, or piglet cheek with Ventoux wine. Smiling service.
