Sponsored In July 2024, Maxime Echaubard took over this restaurant, where he had already been head chef for 7 years. Located next to one of Europe's last inhabited bridges, a local curiosity right in the center of town, it's in an industrial atmosphere that the Chef honors his specialty: prime rib seared on the grill and served cut up in front of customers. Every lunchtime, you'll be able to choose between tasty meat and just-cooked fish, while at weekends the menu of traditional French cuisine is extended to include suggestions for meat, burgers and fish. Whether in the spacious dining room or on the flower-filled terrace in the quiet pedestrian street, Maxime will take care to sublimate the dishes he has carefully selected to create a gastronomy imagined with fresh seasonal produce on beautifully presented plates. Each dish will be accompanied by a delicious nectar of your choice or a Breton craft beer. A great place to try!
