An annex of the famous Châteauneuf institution, this counter in the main square is run by Emilio Arriaga Dora, an Ecuadorian by birth, who offers fine French cuisine with a few South American touches. The menu lives up to its promise, with ceviche with criolla sauce, peanut sal prieta and tamarillo condiment, la plancha peach return with pistou soup and combawa oil, maccheroncini alla norma with tomato sauce, grilled eggplant and smoked sheep's ricotta, Indonesian vanilla panna cotta with Buddha hand jam and thyme tuile dentelle. Formula €34.
