Gourmet Restaurant Just a few dozen meters from the head office, this bistro with its terrace overlooking the vineyards is a good alternative, less expensive and with the same level of professionalism. In this bright, well-appointed dining room, colleagues and regulars meet off-season to enjoy simple, well-crafted cuisine: leeks with vinaigrette, hazelnuts and egg mimosa, a classic in a polished version; roast piglet with rare peppers, a fine, precisely-cooked meat; carrots and romanesco cabbage, well-trimmed, before counter-style chocolate, cookie, ganache and cocoa crumble with fleur de sel, a well-executed granny's cake. A plethoric wine cellar, brimming with appropriate suggestions by the glass.
