We'll never tire of this contemporary bistro in Angoulême's historic center, run by Brice Javerzac. It's a gourmet delight on every level, with playful, unpretentious dishes that demonstrate real talent and fine craftsmanship. The chef works from the slate, with constantly changing ideas for a pleasurable dining experience. A cheerful atmosphere, both at the counter and at the table.
