Gourmet Restaurant In the Lauragais valley, a peaceful country house in the heart of tamed, welcoming nature, where local produce grows and rises in infinite tranquility. The €34 menu evokes well-reproduced traditions, with just the right amount of simplicity to get to the heart of the matter: smoked monkfish, eggplant caviar with preserved lemon, marinated vegetables, tomato concassé and dried duck breast, beef cheek braised in wine and grilled onglet, peach soup with lavender, verbena ice cream. Good service.
