Just a stone's throw from the airport, this dynamic eatery boasts an evolved cuisine that draws on a variety of influences to shape a menu that's interesting on every level: octopus with gallega and melting apple and Espelette pepper, lobster and scallop croque-monsieur with artichoke gnocchi, veal entrecôte with grilled polenta, celery root and braised carrot, Guayaquil chocolate coulant... Good entertainment in the dining room, varied cellar with selected references (Da Ros, Brun, Graillot, Les Deux Anes...).
