Le chic Airelles is dedicated to Savoyard dishes: in keeping with the tradition of melted cheese and crozets, the décor is a reminder of the Savoie region, and prepares you to fully appreciate the no-frills cuisine of accomplished chef Giovanni Amato: black truffle fondue, morel crust, raclette or tartiflette, as well as a lovely Beaufort soufflé and even a seasonal salad for those who haven't been skiing. The wine list follows suit, with Crepy, Apremont, Chignin or Bergeron in the limelight, and active service.
