Gault&Millau's review 2025

An unusual restaurant located on the first level of a car dealership, where you can discover elegant bistronomy while admiring the new cars. Located in a shopping area a stone's throw from the Louvre-Lens, the place is both contemporary and uncluttered, in a slightly industrial style where the plates bring the color. The €39 menu is a good value, with its perfect egg and Arleux smoked garlic cream, fish with almond milk sauce and arugula oil, roast duck breast with blackcurrant and honey jus, and dessert of rhubarb confit, tonka sponge cake, raspberry cream gel, pistachio espuma, rhubarb tonka count and frosted raspberry. Carte blanche menu at €49.
