Gourmet Restaurant In a small village on the edge of the Puy-de-Dôme region, Sylviane Fourest and Julien Magne's hotel-restaurant offers the opportunity for a relaxing stopover in the countryside, with splendid views over the surrounding area and a pleasant sense of complicity. The cuisine here reveals a surprisingly modern flavor, with market ideas that stand out in the surrounding area. The €39 menu, renewed every month, defends fine ideas such as smoked haddock and potato cannelloni, foie gras punctuated with black sesame, fillet of pollock and kumquat marmalade, slice of roasted pumpkin and chorizo, mussel and mandarin perfume sauce, or fillet of beef on a smoked potato and raw mushroom crumble, nashis and hypocras sauce.
