Gourmet Restaurant The décor, with its checkerboard tiles and Plexiglas seats, is reminiscent of a Demy film. The plate is much more contemporary, but also shows its share of personality: carpaccio of scallops with olive oil and truffle blend of flowers, pan-fried monkfish with thyme, mini vegetables confit with cooking juice, veal chuck confit with Camargue fleur de sel, mango and Provençal vegetables, in a starter-course formula at €38.
