Gourmet Restaurant A classic Calais restaurant in a warm, modern setting. The assurance of an ambiance and know-how, serving a menu that evolves according to the season in a rather contemporary vision: haddock and mussels with daikon beurre blanc with dulses seaweed, poultry leg stuffed with vegetable fideua espuma stout Anosteke, not forgetting the dessert cart, in a well-composed menu or à la carte offering some fine classics (sole meunière, turbot hollandaise, veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms in yellow wine sauce...). Traditional winery and wine merchant covering all regions.
