Located on the edge of the ponds, near the A6 Lisses exit, the family-run restaurant that Jérémy Camillato and Alan Kopytko took over in 2024 welcomes you from breakfast to afternoon tea on weekdays, as well as on Friday and Saturday evenings. The two partners, event caterers, reinvent a seasonal menu each month, with simmered dishes in winter (blanquette de veau, bœuf bourguignon, tête de veau), a famous steak tartare with home fries, and brazier grills in summer. Generous cuisine to match. The waterside terrace adds a special, country charm, and children's activities are organized (goose and duck feeding). On the catering side, they also take care of tailor-made events: aperitif dinners, cocktails with culinary entertainment, cold/hot buffets, sit-down meals, outdoor service, room delivery and privatization. They have also forged partnerships with service providers to create unique moments.
