Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the village, Château Guiraud offers distinguished dining, now complemented by La Chapelle on the estate. Here, the gastronomic ambitions are more pronounced, the table elegant in a country chic spirit. Chef Yoann Amado's signature dishes are worthy of their toques: beef and oyster tartare au couteau, sesame horseradish and puffed rice, lamb with wild garlic, green asparagus with umeboshi condiment and roast jus, soufflé guanaja with lemon thyme sorbet. The terrace at the back of the house overlooks the vineyards, and the cellar is the perfect place to learn or improve your skills with this Sauternes premier cru.
