Description

Following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather Célestin, Adrien Chevalier took over this former crêperie and transformed it into a chic, modern restaurant, where he works with his partner Coline Bourgault. Together, they have created a world of high standards, both warm and homely. The Chef's experience in some of the finest restaurants on the Côte Sauvage and the Côte d'Emeraude, where he was able to enrich his knowledge of fish processing, and Coline's knowledge of reception and service, have enabled them to complement each other perfectly. While duck foie gras with 4 spices is the star of the menu, which changes with the seasons, scallops in ravioli with pineapple brunoise or scallops snacked in cider, and veal quasi stuffed with chestnuts and passion carrot purée will melt your heart. A Céleste menu, a Retour du marché menu and a weekday lunchtime menu, whatever your choice, the dishes will be sublimely homemade with exceptional know-how, respecting the local terroir and recycling waste as much as possible.
