A classic of Cannes life and, in a way, a model for a chic brasserie with a slightly old-fashioned charm, well placed on the tourist trail, an idea of local life with its assets, its setting, its location, its service and its atmosphere. The à la carte menu offers a wide choice of dishes, including daily specials such as Grenoble skate wing or calf's head on Wednesdays, calf's liver and steamed hake on Thursdays... All the classics are there, with a few dishes to share, like paella or chateaubriand béarnaise.
