Gourmet Restaurant A sincere Lyonnais bistro with a clear conscience: comfortably seated on the red banquettes or Thonet chairs, you're ready to bite into the menu: lentil salad with cervelas, herring with apples in oil, pork cheek stew, andouillette with veal strawberry string, bavette shallot gratin dauphinois.... We finish with cervelle de canut and tarte aux pralines, washed down with a coteaux du lyonnais at €32 a skittle.
