A charming neo-vintage bistro that combines antiques, glassware, wood and tiles to create a highly successful atmosphere. The plate is less unexpected, but nonetheless deserving of its toque, with herring, apples in oil; "Quenelles du Soleil" pike quenelle, langoustine sauce, basmati rice; pork cheek stew, steamed potatoes. The final dish is cervelle de canut or mousse chocolat, with coteaux du lyonnais de la Première Étoile.
