Gourmet Restaurant A seafaring spirit asserts itself in this hidden house where good vibes have always circulated (the former Terre Mer): Gonzague de Champsavin works on a varied menu, multiplying flavors with siphons and espumas, well worth a visit in this sober, clear setting: vegetable raviole and miso in cider-confit leek jelly, ewe's milk cheese with saffron, siphon of caramelized endive with strawberry condiment vinaigrette, and just as much ardor and imagination on grilled octopus and smoked line-caught tuna. Interesting menu at €52, with slightly less turbulent desserts. Anne-Laure and Gonzague have opened a second address in Auray, Sapa, focusing on street food.
