The house is discreet, but if you know it, it's a fine example of gastronomy in the heart of Provence. Having worked at Les Crayères and Lameloise, David Carré has the experience to match his ambitions, which he has been putting into practice for over ten years. His Provençal table with terrace ensures true serenity, and sets the scene for his €53 menu, which includes Burgundy snail tartelette, gambas raviole with carcass broth, farmhouse poultry supreme with risotto and parmesan chantilly, and white chocolate cake with caramel heart. Well-stocked cellar.
