Chef's Restaurant Having worked with Robuchon and Ducasse, Christophe Quéant lacks neither experience nor know-how, which he honed in Pommard before settling in Beaune with his wife Nathalie. Here, in this handsome setting of harmonious colors and elegant lines, the chef offers an enriched summary of his experience, bringing together noble products in XXL menus, from €118 to €178. The cast keeps its promises: a light foie gras flan, sweetbreads and green asparagus, turbot in potato dress, asparagus with Morvan hazelnut cazette and egg-yolk vinaigrette, caramelized quail supremes and thighs, Saint-Georges mousserons and peas, hot coconut soufflé, mango sorbet and sesame tuile. Well-rounded service.
