Housed in a former 19th-century Carmelite convent, this hotel-restaurant boasts a remarkable historic site, with its beautiful walled garden, large windows, stonework and bell tower. The kitchens serve up contemporary market cuisine that's both simple and affordable. The à la carte menu includes caillette de la maison Broche with creamy potato sauce, fillet of sea bass with orange and star anise sauce, pan-fried rib-eye steak with morel mushroom sauce, roast potatoes, pavlova with chestnut cream... Good service.
