A pleasant terrace in the center of town and a table set in a charming stone building, fragrant with Provence and southern herbs. The chef's simple, regionally inspired market cuisine delivers on its promise. For €56, root vegetable ravioli, shellfish consommé flavored with lemongrass and wasabi mousse, roasted monkfish, black risotto, butternut squash and parmesan emulsion, thyme-roasted calf sweetbread, kale compote with ventrèche, simple roasted eggplant and broad bean jus, or red wine-poached pear, caramelized rice pudding, puffed rice and coulis. Lunch menu €32.
