Gault&Millau's review2026
It's a legendary address, which under Gérard Veissière's management was the best table in Nancy. The current team is obviously not looking for comparisons, and has succeeded in evolving the menu towards a more accessible bistronomic cuisine, whose completeness we applaud today. We'll go for the guinea fowl and pistachio compression, shallot confit and pickles, the royal sea bream, fennel composition and combawa sabayon, the duck breast from the Saturnins farm, peas and corn, onion confit and thyme jus court. To round things off, a red fruit pavlova or black forest and amarena cherry. Menu plaisir €56.
