In the heart of the Queyras region, a warm, authentic house, where wood mingles with typical vaulted ceilings, perfectly introduces the chef's compositions, both regional and contemporary. By the fireside, the moment is most inviting, and we look back with envy at the beautiful product ideas, such as smoked trout from the Alps, lemon mascarpone, duo of lump roe, yuzu lemon pearls and citrus vinaigrette, fillet of beef with morel mushrooms, polenta with Montbardon tomme and root vegetables, French toast brioche, salted butter caramel and maple syrup. Fair prices.
