Since late 2025, Alexis Leservoisier and Aurélien Mignot have teamed up to open this typically Parisian bistro in the heart of the capital. Friends since their hotel school days in Lausanne, Switzerland, they are living a daydream. Accompanied by a self-taught but talented and creative chef, Stéphan Kodjabachian, they create an original bistronomic seasonal menu on beautifully presented sharing plates. On the menu, for example, egg mayonnaise with Iranian black lemon and Nori leaves, vitello tonnato with veal tongue, Asian ravioli with oxtail and Thai broth, pig's trotter cromesquis with tarragon emulsion and Brive violet mustard with grape mou. Initiated to delicate nectars, the two partners have selected organic French wines, both natural and highly structured.
