Chef's Restaurant One of the best values in the intramuros, a real restaurant, a real menu, hard work and respect for the product, without hullabaloo. On the contrary, it's all about accuracy and modernity, whether in the nibbles (rillettes, oysters, snails...) or in the good full menu at €42, which offers a varied choice: carpaccio of sea bream with trout roe and shiso, pavé of pollack with curcuma and aniseed cream, vanilla pecan millefeuille with salted butter caramel. And the seriousness extends to the cellar, which is well-stocked with great references (Pacalet, Sarrasin, Vacheron, Bretaudeau, Villard...).
