A pretty, well-kept establishment, a little out of the way, which catches the eye with its €26 starter menu on the slate, but also offers well-crafted cuisine in a €43 formula that's always well-balanced: tartare de saint-jacques et huître émulsion à l'œuf sablé noisette, dos de cabillaud au beurre d'algues crémeux d'artichaut, quasi de veau poêlé écrasé de pomme de terre sauce morilles et arabica, and good homemade desserts, like millefeuille vanille noix de pécan caramel beurre salé. The cellar is also a strong point, with a skilful selection from most regions, including Cheverny des Huards and Sarrasin givry.
