Gourmet Restaurant A bistro branch of Le Phébus (Xavier Mathieu's 3T restaurant), this is where you'll find the touch of a chef who knows how to produce a more accessible range, for lunches on the go, unannounced nibbles and furtive visits to the Luberon. The experience is a pleasurable one, and the menu is sure to satisfy all tastes, in a classic and international vein, for all types of clientele.
