A well-kept classic, it's the perfect stop-off point in the area, offering traditional, comfortable accommodation. The table oscillates between the bistro formula at lunchtime and traditional and more ambitious dishes à la carte: foie gras, langoustine and scallop cassolette with chive sauce, veal steak with vanilla jus, limoncello soufflé with red fruit sorbet. The €46.50 menu provides the essentials, and the chef also offers an exceptional breed of beef, a cross between wagyu and French breeds.
