Chef's Restaurant Above all, it's the story of a wonderful encounter between Pierre and Pauline at the Villa Lalique, which led to the establishment of this elegant house just a few minutes from Sarrebourg. While Pauline, winner of the Young Talent Trophy for Room Service 2020, fills the place with her good humor, Chef Pierre elaborates a modern, seasonal cuisine, with just the right amount of technique to ensure two toques: veal tataki, tarragon and pistachios; halibut with peas, almonds and elderflower; squab with yellow zucchini, peanuts and grapefruit; a beautiful combination of raspberry, meadowsweet and ewe's milk yogurt. Well-matched cellar.
