There's no need to procrastinate with gambas and cod steak with espelette sauce. All you have to do is stay true to the brand by following the expected recipes: jambon persillé, chuck confit à la bourguignonne or hamburger à l'époisses, before a standard dessert. The price argument, with a €24 formula, is not negligible.
