Gourmet Restaurant This is a serious address that keeps pace with the times, adapting its cuisine from a solid traditional base. You'll find foie gras au torchon, sea bass ceviche with fresh fruit and yuzu espuma, snacked scallops with coral lentil velouté and saffron shellfish emulsion, and beef with gratin dauphinois and rosemary reduction sauce. A good menu, with plenty of choice, at €42, finishing with the kiwi millefeuille.
