Gourmet Restaurant Efficient and attractive, this Bouillon Limousin is also jovial, just like its owner Jérôme Ivars, who shows you around the region in this singular setting on the doorstep of the town center. Traditional know-how, generous dishes and a variety of recipes, from grilled to simmered. After the Limousin salad or the charcuterie, a calf's head or a confit with porcini mushrooms, a parmentier of black pudding with chestnuts or a fine entrecôte. We never tire of these classics, and neither do the locals or the tourists, who sometimes lengthen the reservation queue. Simple, classic desserts, pitchers from €25 to €5.50.
