In the Cité district, Jérôme Ivars' restaurant will delight architecture lovers with its sumptuous Art Nouveau setting, inspired by the work of Alfons Mucha. The room features moldings, frescoes, colorful stained-glass windows and richly ornamented decorative elements, for an assured voyage into the Belle Époque, ending on the plate, where the traditions of bouillon are well reproduced. On the menu: hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise, snails, Limousin salad, charcuterie platter, beef broth with vegetables, king prawn skewer and leek fondue, calf's head with gribiche sauce, black pudding parmentier, crème brûlée... Prices contained.
