Wim has made way for a new bouillon in Paris, and the neighborhood is already appreciating this new haunt of traditional home cooking and, above all, the low prices for a no-frills atmosphere and service: celery remoulade and mortadella, curried mussels, mimosa egg, minced tartare, petit salé de morteau with green lentils, stuffed cabbage with veal.... All very well done, for a bill of around €20 for a starter and main course. You can add a charlotte marron for €5, from a wide choice of classic desserts. A glass of Touraine chenin costs €4.50.
