This Bouillon is so discreet that it's easy to walk past without seeing it. Fortunately, many locals know the address and will recommend it, as we did. Beneath its beach restaurant exterior, it hides the serious, accomplished cuisine of chef Jemmy Brouet: Thai-style shellfish broth and shrimp ravioli, fillet of cod with red cabbage, Guéméné andouille sausage and soy caramel, orange and Grand Marnier pancake roll. Tasting menus from 3 to 7 courses, Truffle menu in season.
