The Bouchon of Julien Gautier, owner of M Restaurant next door, with restaurant manager Emmanuel Tachon-Foley, this address captures the spirit of the genre without falling into kitsch: a few white tablecloths, Thonet chairs and a two-level dining room, from which emerge a good mood. On the plate, well-executed recipes: oeufs meurette, onion soup au gratin, pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, homemade black pudding with two apples and vegetables, floating island with Saint-Genix pralines. Suitable cellar.
