Gourmet Restaurant In this little corner of Le Havre, not far from Avenue Foch, Jonathan Leroux runs one of the most solid addresses of the moment, defending a successful market cuisine, both in form and content. On a €32 menu, Bouchot mussels, coconut beans, samphire and turmeric cream with cockle juice, mackerel fillet, snacked polenta, ratatouille, meat juice with black olives and dried olive slivers, low-temperature pork pluma, braised pak choï, artichoke mousseline and chorizo cream, ganache and chocolate crunch, caramelized popcorn, ice cream and emulsion.
