The former Pied de Fouet has kept its traditional values - burgundy tones, gingham checks, elbow-to-elbow tables and straightforward food - to offer tourists the eternal Parisian. The menu has evolved a little to keep up with the times (a burger here, pork ribs there), while still delivering the essentials: mayo eggs, leek vinaigrette, onion soup, tartar, duck confit, crème renversée...
