Gourmet Restaurant The brasserie at the Grand Hôtel benefits from this luxurious setting and top-of-the-range service, which is no mean feat for a chic lunch on the Place de la Comédie. The cuisine is wise and varied, the execution at the right level, on the threshold of the second toque: mimosa egg, Caesar salad, salmon, foie gras, snacked octopus, lobster roll and filet of beef béarnaise, the complete catalog of the trend, without looking too far for useless originality.
