A quiet, well-calibrated table in a hotel that works well with travelers, groups and seminars. An adapted menu, with a very wide choice and tiered menus, with ratios studied to the nearest ten cents. A favorable impression for the "terroir" menu, forest crust, trout fillets and crayfish coulis with Savagnin, venison stew casserole with trumpets.
