Gourmet Restaurant A multi-purpose venue combining wine and tea cellar, wine bar and bistro, this is one of the city's most popular addresses, whether for a drink at the end of the day, or to share a fusion dish between Landes and Asia. Enjoy beef nems with Thai sauce, pan-fried chipirons with Espelette chilli and piperade, cod in Thai broth, rice with mushrooms and broad beans, Landes duck pot-au-feu from the Jeansarthe farm, or a pineapple tatin. Good selection in the cellar.
