Gault&Millau's review 2026

Everything works as it should in this professional bistro opposite the Halles. A motivated, efficient team that keeps smiling in the rush, a menu adapted to the times, that allows you to eat quickly and well with boards, tapas and conveniences of the time (beef kebbe, gyozas, oysters, burger, poke bowl...), and more substantial dishes that are well mastered: poultry pad thaï, Angus rib steak, Iberian pluma with chorizo sauce. It all looks very ordinary, but the products are good and the style makes all the difference.
