Gourmet Restaurant It's a meeting place, an atmosphere, almost a family. Those who gather in this true bistro of friends are always in for a treat. With its welcoming staff and almost ancestral know-how, the bistro run by Michel Chabran, lord of the N7, is a faithful and well-kept place. The guinea fowl terrine is a delight, as are the "extra-large" snails, the flank steak with shallots and syrah jus, the roast duck breast with orange jus, and a host of other dishes (kidneys, frogs, quenelle with Nantua sauce, chanterelles, breaded feet...). Menu-card at €37 with chocolate and chestnut waffle for dessert, and the cellar as salivating as ever, with the best of the valley.
