At the gateway to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Bastien Maltagliati has fashioned a singular address, combining art deco and Provencal charm. The graphic bar contrasts with a warm dining room, decorated with antiques: antique crockery, weathered tables, retro chairs and carefully selected mirrors. An instantly recognizable identity. In the kitchen, the Chef defends a masterful French tradition, tinged with Italian influences. Each day, a unique menu is created according to the latest arrivals: four starters, followed by meat or fish. Pistou soup, snails with homemade garlic butter, cod, sea bream or turbot follow one another, while meats cooked at low temperature are remarkably tender. Everything is homemade, from sauces to ice creams. A major asset: a generous and refined cheese platter, a must for discerning connoisseurs. In fine weather, the terrace becomes a refuge. In a garden scented with jasmine and wisteria, punctuated by Anduze vases, it opens onto the ancient archway leading to the ancient heart of Saint-Rémy.
