Gourmet Restaurant It's the perfect opportunity for Jan Hendrik Van der Westhuizen, who was able to take over the premises right next door to him (ex Mason Gusto) and set up a chic bistro according to his wishes. With a slightly simpler, but open kitchen (you have the right to choose!), always with plenty of fragrance and unexpected flavors: Mediterranean peach tiradito with red chili-infused blood orange juice, oysters with cucumber and orange blossom sabayon champagne, chicken soup with lemon shiitake, avocado tartar with granny and bergamot, and the great idea of these "grandma's dishes" revisited by the chef and to be shared: couscous, sole meunière or chicken pie, which are added to the bourguignon or tournedos Rossini. The start-up is promising, the service already top-notch, and the desserts gently regressive (baba, tatin, floating island...).
