The superb house facing the sea and, in the distance, Mont Saint-Michel, is a marine delight accentuated by the virtuous work of the Roellinger family. Hugo runs this very chic bistro with a dedicated team who know the Richeux song, total respect for the marine environment and the value of the terroir. With flat oysters and foie gras in bouillon, scallops and citrus fruits from the greenhouse, a classic marvel with turbot hollandaise or abalone with seaweed. With the profiterole for dessert, the bill comes close to €100, but for the right reason, and a €39 lunch menu allows you to get started. The cellar is quite extensive, flirting with the natural, but loving classic references (Barret, Tissot, Giboulot, Pacalet, Sénat, Barral...).
