Now operating on two fronts, gastro and bistro, Philippe Zemmour has won over the hearts and palates of tourists and locals alike. In his panoramic bistro, he offers superb views of the town and the valley, but above all unbeatable value for money with his €35 menu featuring local dishes: escargots with parsley butter, perfect egg and tomato crumble, veal in foie gras croustade with cabbage embeurrée, cooked and raw apple with speculoos mousse... Truffle menu in season, good regional wine cellar.
