Gourmet Restaurant On the beautiful beach of Saint-Clair, experienced chef Alain Ryon, whose talent has been recognized for ages, raises the bar in the paillotes with traditional Mediterranean cuisine: salmon gravlax with herb whipped cream, red tuna tataki, crab tian with guacamole and lobster medallion, whole roasted and smoked saint-pierre with thyme and beurre blanc sauce, veal onglet with black garlic jus. Choice of classic desserts on this extensive menu (lemon tart, Grand Marnier ice soufflé, chocolate royal...), Provencal and classic cellar.
